Anchorage, Alaska - Approximately 250 participants attended the Leading Change conference in Anchorage, Alaska, October 1 - 3, 2008.

This year’s conference was hosted by Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) through partnerships with the American Planning Association’s Alaska and Hawaii Chapters and Indigenous Planning Division, and the State of Alaska Division of Community & Regional Affairs with additional staff support from Agnew::Beck Consulting LLC.
